Elisa Allen, MA, LPC-MHSP, NCC, CCMHC
“Awareness is curative” - Fritz Perls
Elisa Allen is the Founder and Head Therapist at Wildly Curative, a practice devoted to helping clients experience freedom emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. What began as a dream of creating space for healing has grown into a trusted community where clients and practitioners gather to pursue deep transformation together.
At Wildly Curative, therapy is not a session to “cope.” It is an immersive process of transformation—where intimacy, depth of connection, and expert guidance unlock the core patterns holding you back, and open the way to lasting freedom.
Elisa’s work is grounded in advanced training and lived experience. She is classically trained in EMDR and draws on Gestalt therapies, Somatic neuropsychology, and the Adaptive Information Processing model to help clients understand how trauma and crisis live in the body—and how healing restores connection, peace, and resilience.
Clients who work with Elisa often arrive at a crossroads—deeply successful in some areas of life, yet seeking more alignment, clarity, and liberation. They leave with renewed energy, restored confidence, and a felt sense of freedom that ripples through every relationship and pursuit.
Her integrative approach also weaves in aromatherapy, the Enneagram, and spiritual practices that support freedom at every level of life. Clients describe her sessions as both deeply grounding and profoundly liberating, creating space to release what no longer serves and step into clarity, strength, and wholeness.
Private sessions are offered on a limited basis, beginning at $125 for a 55-minute session. Insurance is not accepted at this time. Once your appointment is verified, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
