Sometimes in the course of life we just don’t have time to get into an office, book another appointment or take time to find another time slot for driving. With this option, we will spend 45 minutes together via my private HIPPAA compliant portal to connect and resolve the hard to tackle issues that are on your plate. Some Tennessee Insurances will aid in cost.

Group Classes

Group Classes change in topic, but are intended as a way to bring more knowledge base into the community. While not a substitute for traditional therapy, group classes can help you move toward a better understanding of yourself and the emotional healing process.
